I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially during the festival season in mid-February. The rooms were comfortable and had both mugi-cha and green tea available. The service appeared to be top-notch, offering room service, dry cleaning, and tours/ticket assistance. The location was fantastic for the Sapporo Snow & Ice Festival, although not very close to the JR station. The dining experience, particularly the grilled meat, was delightful. The facilities were well-equipped and convenient.
